10. Independent Travel Suppliers
When you book travel through EAG, information necessary to fulfill your reservation may be transmitted to the applicable travel supplier.
For example, a hotel may require traveler information to confirm a reservation, while an airline or cruise provider may require passenger information to issue travel documents.
Once information is provided to an independent supplier, that supplier's privacy policy may also apply.
EAG does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party travel suppliers.
11. Self-Service Travel Platform
Our self-service travel platform allows customers to independently research and book travel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Because these bookings may be processed through third-party travel technology or supplier systems, information entered during the booking process may be transmitted to those providers.
Customers should review the applicable privacy notices presented during the booking process.
The self-service platform is an additional travel-planning tool and does not replace EAG's personal travel services.
12. Children's Privacy
Some EAG programs are designed for children and youth.
When a minor participates in an EAG program, EAG may collect information necessary to administer the program, communicate with parents or guardians, provide appropriate supervision, address emergency situations, and meet program requirements.
Where required, EAG will obtain appropriate parental or guardian authorization before collecting or using information relating to a minor.
EAG does not knowingly collect personal information from children for unrelated marketing purposes.
Parents or legal guardians who have questions about information collected in connection with a child's participation may contact EAG.
13. Accessibility, Dietary & Participation Information
Certain EAG experiences may require customers to provide information concerning:
- Accessibility needs;
- Mobility requirements;
- Dietary restrictions;
- Allergies;
- Accommodation requests; or
- Other participation requirements.
This information may be shared with applicable venues, transportation providers, hotels, restaurants, activity providers, or other suppliers when reasonably necessary to accommodate the participant.
Customers should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested accommodation or service.
14. Emergency Information
For certain excursions, youth programs, educational programs, or other experiences, EAG may request emergency contact information or other information necessary to respond to an emergency.
Emergency information may be shared with appropriate staff, transportation providers, medical personnel, emergency responders, venues, or other parties when reasonably necessary to protect a participant's health or safety.
15. Photos, Videos & Testimonials
EAG may photograph or record guests during certain events, excursions, programs, or activities for legitimate business, promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
Where a separate consent or media release is required, EAG will obtain that authorization separately.
Guests may also voluntarily submit:
- Reviews;
- Testimonials;
- Photographs;
- Videos;
- Comments; or
- Other content.
EAG may use voluntarily submitted content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any applicable agreement.
16. Third-Party Links
The EAG website may contain links to third-party websites, including travel suppliers, booking platforms, social media platforms, payment providers, attractions, hotels, transportation providers, and other websites.
EAG is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing personal information.
17. Data Security
EAG takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Certain information may need to be retained to comply with legal, accounting, security, contractual, or other obligations.
20. Email Unsubscribe
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in the applicable email.
Please note that unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily stop transactional or service-related communications.
For example, EAG may still need to send you information regarding a reservation, payment, itinerary, cancellation, schedule change, or other service you have requested.
21. Do Not Track
Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” feature.
Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for responding to browser-based Do Not Track signals, EAG may not respond to such signals unless required by applicable law.
22. Business Transfers
If EAG undergoes a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Privacy rights and disclosure requirements may vary depending on where a customer resides and applicable law.
Where a state or jurisdiction provides additional privacy rights, EAG will comply with applicable requirements.
California residents may have additional rights under California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, when those laws apply.
EAG does not sell personal information as that term is defined under applicable California privacy law.
25. International Visitors
EAG primarily operates in the United States.
If you access our website from outside the United States, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where EAG or its service providers operate.
By using our website, you acknowledge that information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different privacy laws than your country of residence.
26. Changes to This Privacy Policy
EAG may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect:
- Changes to our services;
- Changes to our website;
- New technology;
- Changes in business practices;
- Changes in applicable law; or
- Other operational requirements.
When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on the EAG website with a revised Effective Date or Last Updated date.
