About the Position
The GoldLeaf Concierge & Guest Experience Professional™ is responsible for delivering the elevated level of hospitality our GoldLeaf members and guests expect.
This is a hands-on role that combines concierge service, event hospitality, guest relations, administrative support, and event operations.
You may be the first person a guest sees when arriving at an event—and the person making sure their experience goes smoothly from check-in through departure.
This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, stays calm when things change, and understands that exceptional service is often found in the small details.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
GoldLeaf Member & Guest Services
- Welcome GoldLeaf members and guests.
- Provide professional, personalized service throughout events and excursions.
- Assist members with questions, directions, schedules, itineraries, and general requests.
- Help create a welcoming and polished GoldLeaf experience.
- Maintain awareness of member needs before, during, and after events.
- Assist with special member requests and approved concierge services.
Event Check-In & Guest Operations
- Check in members and guests at events and excursions.
- Verify guest lists, tickets, reservations, waivers, and other required documentation.
- Distribute credentials, event materials, welcome items, and hospitality packages.
- Assist with boarding and departure procedures.
- Help maintain accurate attendance and guest records.
- Provide wayfinding and event information.
Baggage & Guest Assistance
- Assist guests with baggage and personal belongings when appropriate.
- Help coordinate luggage loading, unloading, staging, and distribution.
- Assist guests with mobility or logistical needs within the scope of the position.
- Help ensure guest belongings are handled carefully and professionally.
Hospitality & Service
- Assist with food and beverage service during eligible events.
- Help prepare, replenish, and maintain hospitality areas.
- Assist with welcome beverages, snacks, hospitality kits, and other guest amenities.
- Maintain clean, organized, guest-ready spaces.
- Support pre-event and post-event hospitality setup and breakdown.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate guest and member information.
- Assist with spreadsheets, checklists, schedules, rosters, inventory, and event documentation.
- Respond to routine guest communications as assigned.
- Assist with event preparation and administrative follow-up.
- Track supplies, hospitality materials, and other assigned inventory.
- Complete post-event reports and documentation.
- Support other administrative functions as needed.

Youth Development & Adventure Professional™
Department: Camp Evergreen / GreenLeaf Adventures™

Reports To: Youth Programs Leadership
About the Position
The Youth Development & Adventure Professional™ supports Evergreen Adventure Group's youth-focused programs, including Camp Evergreen and GreenLeaf Adventures™.
This role combines youth development, adventure programming, guest service, administrative responsibilities, and program support.
The ideal candidate understands that working with young people requires more than supervising an activity. It requires patience, responsibility, communication, leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to create a safe and positive environment where young people can learn and grow.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
Youth Development
- Support youth participants throughout programs, excursions, and educational experiences.
- Build positive and appropriate relationships with participants.
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, independence, and personal growth.
- Help create an inclusive environment where participants feel welcomed and supported.
- Model professionalism, responsibility, respect, and positive leadership.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and follow youth-protection policies and procedures.
Adventure & Program Support
- Assist with educational, recreational, cultural, aviation, aerospace, and adventure activities.
- Help facilitate activities, field trips, excursions, and special programming.
- Assist with transportation loading, unloading, check-in, and participant movement.
- Help maintain program schedules and itineraries.
- Assist with activity setup and breakdown.
- Monitor participants and communicate concerns to program leadership.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with attendance, rosters, schedules, forms, checklists, and participant records.
- Assist with program preparation and documentation.
- Help maintain accurate activity and incident records.
- Assist with inventory and program supplies.
- Communicate relevant participant information to appropriate leadership.
- Support administrative and operational duties before, during, and after programs.
Guest & Family Experience
- Provide professional communication with parents, guardians, participants, vendors, and program partners.
- Assist with participant check-in and check-out.
- Answer routine questions and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Help families understand schedules, procedures, and program expectations.
- Represent Camp Evergreen, GreenLeaf Adventures, and Evergreen Adventure Group professionally.
What We're Looking For
