Welcome to Evergreen Adventure Group™ (“EAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.evergreenadventuregroup.com, including our website, travel services, self-service travel booking platform, excursions, events, memberships, merchandise, and other products and services offered through EAG.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, creating an account, making a purchase, booking travel, registering for an event or excursion, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. About Evergreen Adventure Group™
Evergreen Adventure Group™ is a travel, adventure, excursion, and experience company offering curated travel experiences, group excursions, educational adventures, family activities, adult adventures, memberships, travel services, and related products.
EAG may provide certain services directly and may also arrange or facilitate services provided by independent third-party travel suppliers.
These suppliers may include:
- Airlines
- Hotels and resorts
- Cruise lines
- Rental car companies
- Tour operators
- Transportation companies
- Attractions and venues
- Travel insurance providers
- Other travel and hospitality providers
When a third-party supplier provides a component of your travel or experience, that supplier's terms and conditions may also apply.
2. Seller of Travel Disclosure
EAG provides travel services through an independent travel-agent relationship.

This disclosure may appear on EAG's website, marketing materials, travel-related advertisements, booking communications, and other applicable materials.
The applicable supplier's terms and conditions, including cancellation, refund, change, payment, and travel requirements, may apply to travel services booked through EAG.
Washington law requires sellers of travel to provide specified information to customers in connection with travel-service payments, including the seller's registration information, payment information, and applicable vendor/travel details.
Where required, EAG will provide applicable travel information through booking confirmations, invoices, receipts, supplier documentation, or other written communications.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the EAG website or purchasing EAG products or services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase EAG services.
Certain products, programs, excursions, memberships, travel reservations, or promotions may have additional terms. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms when applicable.
If a specific written agreement or purchase-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific terms will control for that particular purchase or transaction.
4. Website Use
You agree to use the EAG website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to EAG systems;
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software;
- Interfere with the operation of the website;
- Attempt to obtain another customer's information;
- Impersonate EAG or another individual or organization;
- Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit website content without authorization; or
- Use the website in violation of applicable law.
EAG reserves the right to restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its customers, or its business operations.
5. Eligibility & Participant Requirements
Certain EAG programs, excursions, and travel experiences may have specific eligibility requirements.
These may include:
- Age requirements;
- Parental or guardian authorization;
- Identification requirements;
- Supervision requirements;
- Physical or accessibility considerations;
- Program-specific qualifications; or
- Other participation requirements.
Specific requirements will be communicated before participation when applicable.
Parents or legal guardians may be required to complete registration and accept applicable terms on behalf of minors.
6. Accounts & Registration Information
Certain EAG services may require an account or registration.
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your:

- Telephone number;
- Participant information;
- Emergency contact information; and
- Other required information
remain accurate.
EAG is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate or outdated information supplied by the customer.
7. Travel Services
EAG may provide access to travel services including:
- Airfare;
- Hotels;
- Resorts;
- Rental cars;
- Cruises;
- Tours;
- Travel packages;
- Travel insurance; and
- Other travel-related products and services.
Travel services may be provided directly by independent third-party suppliers.
Your reservation may therefore be governed by the applicable supplier's:
- Terms and conditions;
- Cancellation policy;
- Refund policy;
- Change policy;
- Payment requirements;
- Travel restrictions;
- Passenger requirements; and
- Other applicable rules.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms before completing a reservation.
8. Self-Service Travel Platform
EAG may provide an online self-service travel platform that allows customers to research and book travel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The platform may allow customers to search for:
- Flights;
- Hotels;
- Rental cars;
- Cruises;
- Tours;
- Resorts;
- Travel insurance; and
- Other travel services.
The self-service platform is an additional travel-planning tool and does not replace EAG's personal travel services.
Customers may independently research and book travel through the platform or contact EAG for personalized assistance.
Travel reservations made through the platform remain subject to the applicable supplier's terms and conditions.
9. Independent Travel Suppliers
EAG may facilitate reservations with independent travel suppliers.
EAG does not control the operations of independent suppliers and is not responsible for supplier decisions concerning:
- Flight schedules;
- Hotel availability;
- Cruise schedules;
- Rental vehicle availability;
- Tour schedules;
- Resort operations;
- Supplier cancellations;
- Delays;
- Changes;
- Overbooking;
- Supplier policies; or
- Other circumstances within the supplier's control.
When EAG receives notice of a material supplier change, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the information to affected customers.
10. Travel Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing and availability can change until a reservation is confirmed.
Displayed pricing may be affected by:
- Availability;
- Travel dates;
- Room or cabin categories;
- Fare classes;
- Taxes;
- Supplier fees;
- Currency exchange;
- Demand; and
- Other supplier conditions.
A price displayed during a search does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation.
The final price and booking terms will be provided during the applicable booking process.
11. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance may be available through EAG or an applicable travel booking platform.
Travel insurance is subject to the insurance provider's policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and claims procedures.
Purchasing travel insurance does not guarantee reimbursement for a cancellation, interruption, delay, illness, lost property, or other event.
Customers should review their policy carefully and contact the applicable insurance provider regarding coverage questions or claims.
12. Excursions & Events
EAG excursions and events may involve advance commitments to transportation providers, venues, attractions, hotels, guides, ticket providers, and other suppliers.
Participants must comply with applicable:
- Check-in requirements;
- Departure times;
- Venue rules;
- Transportation requirements;
- Safety instructions;
- Identification requirements; and
- Program-specific instructions.
Failure to comply with participation requirements may result in removal from an experience without a refund where permitted by the applicable terms.
13. Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
EAG maintains separate policies governing cancellations, refunds, returns, exchanges, and purchase options.
These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In general:
- EAG excursions canceled less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start are not eligible for credits, returns, or refunds except where required by law or expressly approved by EAG.
- Travel bookings are subject primarily to applicable supplier cancellation and refund policies.
- Travel Mart merchandise is generally exchange-only and not eligible for monetary refunds.
- Memberships may have separate cancellation and renewal terms.
- Promotional purchases may have additional restrictions.
14. Changes to Travel & Experiences
EAG may modify an itinerary, schedule, venue, transportation arrangement, accommodation, activity, or other component of an experience when reasonably necessary.
Changes may result from:
- Weather;
- Safety concerns;
- Supplier availability;
- Transportation issues;
- Venue requirements;
- Operational circumstances;
- Government requirements; or
- Other circumstances outside EAG's reasonable control.
When reasonably possible, EAG will communicate significant changes and provide available alternatives.
15. Weather & Unforeseen Events
Outdoor adventures and travel experiences may be affected by weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances.
EAG may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an experience when reasonably necessary.
Applicable refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements will be determined according to the specific experience terms and applicable law.
16. Transportation
Transportation may be provided by EAG or an independent transportation provider.
Guests must comply with all applicable transportation rules and safety instructions.
Guests may be required to:
- Remain seated when required;
- Wear seat belts when provided;
- Follow driver instructions;
- Observe boarding and departure times;
- Follow luggage restrictions; and
- Comply with applicable laws.
EAG is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, accidents, government action, or other circumstances outside EAG's reasonable control.
17. Participant Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully.
Prohibited conduct may include:
- Violence;
- Threatening behavior;
- Harassment;
- Discrimination;
- Theft;
- Property damage;
- Unsafe conduct;
- Serious disruption;
- Failure to follow reasonable staff instructions; or
- Other conduct that creates a safety or operational concern.
EAG may remove a participant from an experience when reasonably necessary to protect the participant, other guests, employees, vendors, or property.
18. Accessibility & Special Requirements
EAG welcomes guests with varying accessibility, dietary, mobility, and participation needs.
Customers are encouraged to communicate their requirements as early as possible.
EAG will make reasonable efforts to identify available accommodations and communicate known limitations.
Because EAG may work with independent suppliers, specific accommodations may depend on the capabilities and policies of the applicable provider.
Customers should contact EAG before booking if they have questions about whether a specific experience can accommodate their needs.
19. Emergency Situations
During an emergency, EAG and its representatives may take reasonable actions to protect participants, staff, and others.
This may include:
- Contacting emergency services;
- Seeking emergency medical assistance;
- Changing an itinerary;
- Relocating participants;
- Delaying or terminating an activity; or
- Following instructions from emergency authorities.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information when requested.
20. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
EAG is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Guests should avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to excursions and events.
21. Photography & Media
EAG may photograph or record certain events and experiences for legitimate business, promotional, educational, website, or social media purposes.
Where a separate media release or consent is required, it will be provided separately.
EAG will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
22. Intellectual Property
The EAG website and its contents—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, articles, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to EAG unless otherwise identified.
Evergreen Adventure Group™, EAG, and associated brand names and marks may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.
23. User-Submitted Content
Customers may have opportunities to submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, suggestions, or other content.
By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not knowingly violate another person's rights.
Subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy, you grant EAG permission to use submitted content for legitimate business, marketing, promotional, or informational purposes.
EAG may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
24. Third-Party Websites & Services
The EAG website may contain links to third-party websites, booking platforms, suppliers, payment processors, social media platforms, and other external services.
Third-party websites operate independently from EAG and may have separate terms and privacy policies.
EAG is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites.
25. Promotions & Special Offers
Promotions, discounts, memberships, special events, and limited-time offers may have additional terms.
Additional terms may include:
- Expiration dates;
- Eligibility requirements;
- Limited availability;
- Blackout dates;
- Purchase requirements;
- Non-transferability;
- Non-combinability; or
- Additional cancellation restrictions.
The terms presented with the applicable promotion will govern that offer.
26. Communications
By providing contact information to EAG, you authorize us to communicate with you regarding your:
- Reservations;
- Purchases;
- Travel arrangements;
- Events;
- Schedule changes;
- Account;
- Customer service requests; and
- Other services you have requested.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available opt-out mechanisms.
27. Privacy
Your use of the EAG website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how EAG collects, uses, maintains, and handles personal information.
28. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the EAG website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
EAG does not guarantee that:
- The website will always be available;
- Website content will always be error-free;
- Third-party services will always be available;
- Travel prices or availability will remain unchanged; or
- Website content will always reflect the most current information.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EAG will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in an EAG service.
For third-party travel services, EAG's responsibility is limited by the services EAG actually provides and by applicable supplier terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
30. Assumption of Risk
Travel, outdoor activities, transportation, sports experiences, educational programs, and other adventures may involve inherent risks.
Specific experiences may require participants to sign separate waivers, releases, acknowledgments, or other documents before participating.
Where a separate agreement is required, that agreement will govern the applicable activity.
31. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EAG and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Misuse of the website;
- Violation of applicable law;
- Intentional misconduct; or
- Actions that cause harm to another person or property.
This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
32. Force Majeure
EAG will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These circumstances may include:
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Fire;
- Flood;
- Public health emergencies;
- Government action;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Labor disputes;
- Civil disturbances;
- War;
- Acts of terrorism;
- Supplier failure;
- Technology or utility failures; or
- Other extraordinary circumstances.
33. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute will be handled in a court or other forum having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory legal requirements.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
35. Changes to These Terms
EAG may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, website, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective or last-updated date.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable:
- Purchase terms;
- Cancellation and refund policies;
- Privacy Policy;
- Program requirements;
- Travel supplier terms;
- Waivers;
- Membership agreements; and
- Other agreements expressly incorporated by reference
constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of EAG services.
Where a specific agreement or purchase term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific agreement or purchase term will control for that transaction.
